📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and maintain cleanliness standards using Ezee Housekeeping Management System.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stock and maintain supplies for housekeeping operations.
• Work efficiently to meet daily turnaround times and maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure smooth operations and adherence to resort policies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Proactive and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Ezee Housekeeping Management System or similar software is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of weight.
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
