🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Policy Analysis, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in education policy analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SPSS, NVivo, and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian education policies and systems.
• Certification in policy analysis or a related field is a plus.
