📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team in their projects.
• Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing legal opinions and correspondence.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of legal files and records.
• Attend meetings and provide administrative support to the legal team.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, and provide insights and recommendations to the legal team.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a law program or have recently graduated with a law degree.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulatory framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and initiative-taking attitude.
• Passionate about law and eager to gain practical experience in a corporate legal environment.
