📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
- Adhere to health and safety protocols
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid ID and work permit (if applicable)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
