• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations and improve delivery efficiency.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in logistics performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of logistics initiatives.
• Work closely with delivery teams to provide training and support in implementing new logistics strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics management.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics strategy and performance management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
