📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR Training Specialists, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
• Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with our company's goals.
• Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are integrated into overall business strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes, and prepare reports for management.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR training and development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in HR training and development (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
