📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms and resolving any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and implement controls to minimize risks
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial recording
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to our processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
