📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and research potential KOLs and influencers for various projects.
• Manage and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers.
• Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Support the community management team in engaging with and growing our social media following.
• Assist in the organization and execution of influencer events and collaborations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and community engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Passionate about digital marketing and community engagement.
