New Bay Lestari is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Telemarketing Specialist to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and helping to drive sales. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support company goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Self-motivated and able to work independently.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
