📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Ensure that documentation is accurate, complete, and easy to understand,Review and edit technical documentation to improve clarity and readability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Work with marketing and sales teams to create user guides, white papers, and other promotional materials,Provide training and support to customers and end-users

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Experience with Agile development methodologies,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
