📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.,Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment.,Proven track record of managing store operations effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
