📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.,Provide training and education to workers on safety protocols and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of safety data and prepare reports for management.,Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.,Promote a safety-first culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
