Toko Adi Digital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or customer service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Train and mentor new employees to ensure high performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or customer service.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.,Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
