📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services.,Plan and organize events and activities for campers, ensuring that all logistics are handled effectively.,Ensure that all financial and administrative tasks are handled in a timely and accurate manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the camping or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and project management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
