CAST Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Outlet Manager to join our team in Dili. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the outlet is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor and report sales performance, and implement strategies to improve sales.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure the outlet adheres to company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in retail management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.,Willingness to learn and grow within the retail industry.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
