📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and facilities,Inspect equipment to identify and address potential issues,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and downtime,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status,Participate in training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of new maintenance procedures and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field,Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment and facilities,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with basic safety procedures and regulations,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic mechanical and electrical knowledgeExperience with maintenance software and toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with Indonesian languageBasic knowledge of English is a plus
