📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and decision-making.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
