Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to drive repeat orders and increase sales.
• Visit retail outlets and supermarkets to promote our FMCG products and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer loyalty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
