PT Elang Ekspresi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to our high standards. This is a full-time position based in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan, offering a competitive salary of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to our high standards.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the correct temperature and consistency.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Prepare and maintain food inventory records.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the planning and preparation of menus.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
