Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hotel and restaurant clients across Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
- Manage and execute sales plans, setting and achieving targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hospitality sales.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
