📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali.
• Assist guests with luggage using our advanced luggage handling systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and luxurious arrival experience.
• Use our proprietary guest management software to manage guest information and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all guests are checked in efficiently and comfortably.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the airport meet and greet service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with luggage handling systems and guest management software is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 20 kg.
