📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs,Maintain training records and reports,Facilitate workshops and seminars,Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training participants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Familiarity with training software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in Indonesian and English,Creative and innovative approach to training,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
