In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing banquet events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate banquet events from start to finish, including planning, execution, and follow-up.,Ensure that all banquet events are executed smoothly and meet the expectations of our customers.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the banquet area.,Train and supervise junior banquet staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to the banquet menu.,Keep accurate records of banquet events, including customer details, event details, and payment information.,Assist in the inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or catering services.,Proven track record of managing banquet events successfully.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of basic inventory management and record-keeping.,Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative.
