📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff management, and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.,Manage and train the restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and other support staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and other relevant information.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
