Shop Bay Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead GA Staff to join our team in Tambora, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs and a proven track record of managing office operations effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the office, including administrative and support functions.,Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office infrastructure and services.,Assist in the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and other activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office operations and activities.,Handle office security and safety measures to ensure a secure and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of office management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
