📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell products or services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and addressing customer needs.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide sales goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to improve sales strategies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to remote work.
