📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Support the retail sales team in achieving their sales targets and goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for retail partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners and customers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of retail sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Previous experience working in Yogyakarta is a plus.
