📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Support the Banquet Staff in managing event logistics, such as vendor coordination and venue setup.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for banquet events, ensuring that all items are served on time and to the satisfaction of guests.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event activities, including inventory management and equipment return.,Collaborate with the team to ensure that all events are executed according to the company's standards and guidelines.,Maintain accurate records of event activities and guest feedback for future reference and improvement.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the events or hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and vendors professionally and effectively.,Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.,Valid ID and work permit for Sulawesi Selatan.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
